TDC Building: In-Depth Look at the Development and Completion of this Remarkable Contract Project
Recognized as one of our most recent and innovative contract range projects, the TDC Building is a residential complex situated in the iconic city of Valencia, Venezuela. Designed for two families, this construction spans approximately 7,000 m² and features 13 custom apartments, a pool area, two parking lots, a gym area, and a common room.

Design Group Latinamerica played a crucial role in the project’s conceptual stage, focusing on interior design for individual areas and common-use spaces. Our team of multidisciplinary professionals interacted closely with the owners, understanding their vision and preferences while strategically addressing their spatial needs.
Both the general building and its internal and external areas had individual budgets, leading our design team to generate proposals that balanced profitability and quality. Andrea Torres, Design Manager of Design Group Latinamerica, emphasizes that no two spaces in the residential complex are the same, achieved through a strategic adherence of components based on client preferences and investment.

The TDC Building exemplifies intersectoral collaboration, involving construction, design, technical advice, and logistics. We worked closely with renowned architecture firm Scannone Rodríguez and coordinated with around 100 European design brands, such as FMG, Graniti, Lualdi, Rimadesio, Antonio Lupi, Valcucine and Flos, Valcucine, and Flos, to create the interior design of all apartments.
Despite challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic, our logistics department efficiently managed the project’s delivery times. Michele Casarin, our CEO, highlights that the construction and installation process was optimized by 50%, reducing delivery times and showcasing the numerous advantages that DGLA offers in developing high-end contract projects.
