This single-family home stands out for its contemporary design, where simplicity and functionality combine to create a harmonious space.
The large windows and open volumes allow natural light to flow, creating a bright environment that seamlessly connects the interior with the exterior.
The goal of this project was to create a home that offers privacy, comfort and functionality, adapting to the needs of modern family life.
The use of space was prioritized, with both indoor and outdoor living areas, and the pool in the garden was positioned as the center of the house, providing an area for relaxation and entertainment.
The layout was designed to maximize natural light, integrating the house into the surrounding landscape and maintaining privacy.
Wood in specific details, such as the entrance door and cladding, adds a touch of warmth to the design, while materials such as glass and metal add lightness and solidity to the structure.
Thanks to a careful selection of materials, this home not only offers a comfortable living experience, but also adapts perfectly to its surroundings, making it a private retreat.
