EXTERIOR
In this second branch developed for Lance McCullers Jr, player of the Houston Astros, a world-renowned baseball team, we were asked to refresh the style of the project focusing on a warm, homey and close concept, since it would be located inside a hotel.
Considering these parameters, we integrated a peaceful color palette, mainly influenced by terracotta and beige tones. These shades create an attractive contrast with the blue used as an accent in the bar and ceiling area.
BAR
One of the main challenges we faced was to strategically plan this coffee bar to also function as the hotel lobby. Therefore, we designed the proposal taking into account the main accesses, dynamic circulation for guests and harmony with structural elements, such as the escalators.
OVERVIEW
Among the most outstanding elements of the café is the incorporation of an all-glass bar. This bar takes advantage of the natural lighting from the large windows to generate a greater sense of spaciousness in the space. In addition, we used Vibia’s Palma pendant light fixture, which not only offers maximum light efficiency, but also complements the natural vibe through the use of plants.
