This three-level penthouse was conceived as a residence where contemporary design and sophistication coexist in balance. The project starts from a clear premise: to transform each area into a distinctive and very personal sensory experience.
The tour begins in the double-height social area, the protagonist of the design, where visual amplitude and verticality structure the spatial narrative. The integration of ADL’s Wall Code system: With sliding panels and wood cladding, it elegantly separates or connects rooms, providing texture and functionality.
In front of this enclosure, Novamobili’s Pontile modular shelving, designed by Philippe Nigro, becomes a key visual axis, articulating storage and style.
The design maintains a dark, elegant palette: blacks, anthracite grays and deep woods define the atmosphere.
Terracotta leather armchairs add contrast and warmth, while warm lighting – both natural and artificial – enriches the perception of depth and accent.
On the upper levels, the layout continues with a functional and enveloping approach. Pontile shelving reappears in the entertainment area, adapting to the new context without losing aesthetic coherence.
In the bedrooms, comfort is prioritized with high quality materials, custom furniture and integrated solutions that bring order without sacrificing design.
The private bathrooms maintain visual continuity, with sober cladding and refined lines that reinforce the identity of the project.
The result is a residence designed for those who understand luxury as harmony between form, function and detail. A space that expresses modernity, character and architectural vision.
