Located in Plaza 75, one of the busiest commercial centers in Maracaibo, this is the brand’s third physical store in the country and its second location in the city.
The project involved repurposing a former supermarket, presenting a key architectural challenge: transforming a fragmented, utilitarian layout into a contemporary, cohesive retail space aligned with the visual identity of Essens.

The intervention began with the demolition of non-structural walls to open up the space and create a continuous visual flow from the entrance. Visitors are welcomed by a central reception area that guides them into an open layout where the collection unfolds without obstacles or visual noise.

The interior design relies on a minimal material palette of stone, marble, and wood-like finishes—selected for their warmth and neutrality. These surfaces define a clean, quiet backdrop that emphasizes the geometry of the space and keeps the focus on the garments.

Natural light enters through large-format windows, complemented by subtle technical lighting that enhances textures, depth, and atmosphere.

The fitting room area was conceived as a seamless extension of the sales floor: spacious, discreet, and comfortable. To the side, a small and elegant lounge offers companions a place to wait without disrupting the store’s aesthetic language..

Essens 75 stands as an architectural statement about intentional living—a functional and refined environment that amplifies the brand’s essential language..
