Scope
Wall finishes, doors, bathrooms, technical and decorative lighting, sound, security, kitchen equipment, power generator, osmosis system, furniture, millwork.
The opening of our Caracas headquarters marks a milestone in the evolution of Design Group Latinamerica. After years of remote work and projects developed across the country, this new office represents a key moment of consolidation for the team—a dedicated, functional space aligned with our identity in the capital.
The main challenge was to design an environment that reflected our values—collaboration, precision, and adaptability—without compromising efficiency or aesthetic coherence.
To achieve this, we defined a layout that balances open and private areas, allowing for smooth transitions between individual work and group dynamics. Each zone was conceived to support performance and encourage multidisciplinary interaction.
The interior design follows a modern, minimalist aesthetic, with clean lines and a neutral color palette that promotes focus. White and gray dominate the visual language, while wood and leather accents bring warmth and sophistication.
The use of durable materials reinforces the intention to create a functional, long-lasting, and adaptable space.
Lighting was carefully planned to highlight each area without overwhelming the ambiance, striking a balance between visual comfort and spatial hierarchy.
From workstations to meeting rooms, every element is arranged to enhance productivity while preserving team well-being.
DGLA Caracas is more than just an office—it is a spatial manifesto that expresses how we view design: as a tool to transform work dynamics into meaningful, shared experiences.
