Scope
Surface finishes, doors, bathrooms, technical and decorative lighting, sound system, security systems, kitchen equipment, power generator, reverse osmosis system, furniture, custom millwork.
Developed in partnership with MAT Latinamerica, Casa DM emerged as the evolution of an initial two-story entertainment concept into a larger architectural complex. The project was transformed into a four-level structure with a basement that integrates social and residential spaces under a masculine design language defined by elegance, restraint and contemporary character.
An existing excavation on the site made it possible to incorporate a basement level from the earliest stages of the design process. This strategic decision optimized the use of the available space while expanding the architectural program, allowing for a more efficient spatial organization throughout the project.
The ground floor was conceived as the social core of the building. A spacious main lounge is organized around a longitudinal bar that structures the space and connects it with dining areas, lounge zones, a bar room, television area and an outdoor patio. An entrance hall with direct access from the street reinforces the dynamic character of this level, designed to accommodate different scenarios for social gatherings and entertainment.
On the upper levels, three exclusive residential apartments were developed. Each unit was designed to prioritize comfort and functionality, incorporating three bedrooms, three bathrooms, spacious walk-in closets and integrated living, dining and kitchen areas. The spatial layout balances privacy and openness, creating residential environments that feel both practical and refined.
Vertical circulation plays an important role in the organization of the building. A central core composed of stairs and elevators connects all levels, ensuring clear and efficient access between the different functions within the architectural program.
Throughout its development, Casa DM went through several design stages that allowed the initial concept to be refined and adapted to the client’s specific needs. The result is a project that combines modernity, exclusivity and versatility, where each space was conceived as part of a cohesive architectural experience.
