The Apto AG project in Maracaibo, Venezuela, is a masterful representation of the modern minimalist style, enriched with wood elements to infuse warmth and comfort into every corner of the space. This design approach creates an environment that is both contemporary and welcoming, aligned with an aesthetic that privileges simplicity and elegance.

SOCIAL AREA

The palette of materials in Apto AG has been carefully selected to create a play of contrasts that enhances the beauty and functionality of each space. The veined marble flooring, a central element in this design, brings an innate elegance and sense of spaciousness. Its clarity and distinctive patterns serve as the perfect canvas to highlight furniture and other design elements.

Against the luminosity of the marble, the choice of a dark chocolate wood for certain areas introduces a striking visual contrast, adding depth and a sense of sophistication. Furnishings in earthy colors complement this scheme, maintaining the warm, earthy palette that invites relaxation and comfort.

In terms of the distribution of materials, Apto AG presents a clear distinction between the social and private areas. The use of dark wood in the floors of the private areas confers a hierarchy and a distinctive character to these spaces, marking a subtle but significant transition from the common areas.

In the main areas, marble-effect stones add an air of luxury and spaciousness, while in the auxiliary areas, textured coatings in neutral colors add a touch of diversity and modernity without overloading the environment.
