The A-INC office is a corporate project characterized by its contemporary elegance. The color palette selected is deliberately sober and refined, with neutral tones ranging from white to gray, complemented by touches of green and blue that bring a distinctive character and an air of sophistication to the spaces.

SOCIAL AREA

The color palette of the Apt AB focuses on neutral tones, which serve as the foundation for creating a calm and sophisticated ambiance. These neutral tones are enhanced by carefully selected color accents, which add vibrancy and depth to the interior design. This balance of neutrals and touches of color contributes to a visually stimulating and welcoming environment, perfect for contemporary living.

KITCHEN

The materials used in Apt AB reflect an inclination towards the natural and sustainable. Wood, stone and vegetation integrated into the facades not only add texture and warmth but also create a connection to the natural surroundings, promoting a sense of well-being and balance. These natural materials combine with modern design to provide a space that is both environmentally friendly and aesthetically appealing.

LAUNDRY

En cuanto a los revestimientos, Marazzi presenta opciones como el Poster Decoro Zone y el Grande Metal Look Iron Dark, que aportan una dimensión visual única a los espacios. Estos revestimientos son particularmente notables por su apariencia distintiva que imita materiales como el metal, proporcionando un aspecto industrial chic que complementa perfectamente la estética general del Apto AB.

MASTER BEDROOM

Uno de los desafíos del proyecto fue diseñar teniendo en cuenta los elementos de la fachada existente, lo que requería una consideración cuidadosa y un enfoque creativo. Además, el desarrollo de áreas comunes, como una sala de coworking y un parque para mascotas, demandó un diseño innovador que combinara funcionalidad con estética moderna, creando espacios que fomentaran la interacción y el bienestar de los residentes.

SECONDARY ROOM

Within Apto AB, certain products stand out for their contribution to design and functionality. Pedrali’s outdoor furniture, including the chair and sofa, combines contemporary design with durability and comfort. This furniture not only enhances outdoor areas but also offers comfort and style, inviting residents to enjoy the outdoors in an elegant setting.

SERVICE ROOM

Apto AB is a successful fusion of the natural with the modern, a space that responds to contemporary needs while maintaining a focus on sustainability and natural beauty.
