Located in Plaza 75, one of the most well-known shopping centers in Maracaibo, the new Agencia 261 location was designed to accommodate a mixed-use program that combines customer service with administrative operations, all within a compact footprint.

The layout is structured into three clearly defined layers: a public area at the front with two sales stations; a semi-private zone for administrative workstations; and a private section at the back, which houses an enclosed office.

This sequence ensures a clear spatial reading and a gradual transition between different levels of access and privacy.

The storefront is defined by a perforated metal screen featuring the brand’s logo—serving both as a visual filter and a point of identity.

Inside, a painted “horizon line” was applied to divide the surfaces: above, exposed systems and unfinished ceiling slab; below, more refined and controlled finishes. This approach provided a technical and aesthetic solution while preserving the character of the space.
The color palette centers on a deep green tone, selected to align with the brand’s visual identity. All built elements—furnishings, workstations, and enclosures—were developed using local design. No imported pieces or off-the-shelf solutions were used.
The project was fully comprehensive, encompassing architecture, interior design, engineering, construction, and logistics.
Every decision was guided by criteria of durability, order, and optimal use of available space.
