This apartment focused on creating a social space that would suit an urban lifestyle, ideal for a client who enjoys entertaining friends and family constantly.
The main premise was to make the most of the available space, transforming a compact apartment into a versatile environment that would facilitate coexistence and entertainment.
We sought a design that was not only aesthetically pleasing, but also aligned with the needs and personality of its inhabitant, highlighting functionality without compromising style.
One of the most notable challenges was the optimization of space, where the integration of areas such as the kitchen with the living room was essential to create a social environment.
The need to take advantage of every corner without losing aesthetic quality was a challenge, as a harmony between functionality and comfort had to be achieved.
To solve this, we proposed an open and fluid layout that would facilitate the flow of people and activities, integrating rest, entertainment and kitchen areas without cluttering the environment.
Pedrali’s Lamorisse sofa, with its design that blends a sober structure with an enveloping cushion, integrates perfectly into the living room, offering both aesthetics and comfort.
In addition, Luxcambra’s Kan C luminaire, strategically located above the kitchen, allows the lighting to be adjusted to create the right ambiance according to the needs of the moment, providing functionality and style at the same time.
The end result is an apartment that invites social enjoyment, with a contemporary design that makes the most of the space, creating a warm and elegant home.
